This Stainless Steel Probe (without Ball Knob Handle) is designed to penetrate paint coatings etc. in order to take bare metal-to-electrolyte potential readings where the probe connects to one side of a voltmeter (typically the positive side) for bare-metal-to-bare-metal potential difference readings.
