The Mark Miller Memorial Scholarship was established in 2009 to provide financial assistance to outstanding students and to honor and preserve the memory of Mark Miller who served as President of the M. C. Miller Company from 1986 until his untimely passing in June of 2009.

Mark made numerous contributions to the field of corrosion control technology during his lifetime and he was a strong supporter of materials science and engineering programs at the undergraduate level, particularly those having a corrosion engineering component.

As of 2017, the Mark Miller Memorial Scholarship has transformed into an internal scholarship for the children of M. C. Miller employees. Mark was a strong believer in family ties and we think he would be extremely happy to know that his legacy is strengthening and improving the lives of the employee families. M. C. Miller encourages furthering the education of it's employees and their children, and wishes them the best of luck in their educational endeavors. We hope they go on to do great things, possibly even becoming the future leaders of M. C. Miller.
