M. C. Miller products are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return a product (or products) to us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE ON YOUR INVOICE . This return policy does not apply to custom or large quantity orders placed by the customer.
All returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless due to an error on the part of MCM.
Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
The money back guarantee does not apply if the product has been abused or damaged.
Please note that all returns under the 30-Day Return Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and, all items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
All returns under the 30-Day Money Back Return Policy must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags,etc.)
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is REQUIRED on every return package and must be written clearly on the outside of the box. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting us at (772) 794-9448 or at sales@mcmiller.com and providing us with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
- The return must be complete and must include all accessory items (antennae, remote controls, batteries, software disks, manuals, etc.)
The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
